Stunning Events From Then To Now
The Congressional Club is best known for hosting the annual First Ladies Luncheon. Over the years, it has become a prominent nonprofit setting for leaders to support causes across the country and also a museum and space for special occasions. The neoclassical Clubhouse was built in 1914 and is listed on National Registry of Historic Places.
The first congressional wedding to take place in the Club happened over a century ago. It has since opened its doors to the public and has seen many memorable weddings, corporate receptions, social events and fundraisers. The full-service venue offers all-inclusive packages, in-house catering, bar service and rentals and a number of other services that will help bring your event vision to life. The Clubhouse has a capacity of 250 for standing reception, 175 for seated dinner and 130 for seated dinner with dance floor.

“My wedding is not planned until 2019, but so far I have had an excellent experience planning the whole thing. Courtney and Natalie have answered every question and assured us that the reception will go smoothly, and I have no doubts. When I toured the venue with my family, we immediately knew this was the place I would get married.”
